Emotional, mental, spiritual fitness tips for navigating the journey Life path. Health, wealth, wisdom and key life relationships are explored. Relationship with higher power, self, parents, peers, employers, romantic, and others are explored with YOU in mind.

Revealing The Art of You 103 :

Creating and Designing Your Life & Life Path

This workshop/webinar explores the foundations laid in 101 and 102 for creating and designing a life path trajectory which reflects your current authentic self, integrity level, goals, and evolution.

Self-determination and self-actualization are highlighted

Vibrant living begins with clarity, understanding of who you are, what is important to you, what you want, your innate gifts, beliefs/illusions, your shadows, and values systems. We explore the Inner guidance system, through our signature Art of You life design program which improves your connection to self-awareness, personal development, and your innate blueprint.

Self-love, self-discovery,self-determination on the road to

self-mastery are one one way to journey through this life, living closer to your own personal state of joy.
